Turn Off the computer and unplug all wires connected to the tower and if there is a power switch on the back switch it off.
Take out the screws on the back of the tower, take out the panel, then wear an anti-static wrist strap to protect components by earthing your static electricity, and then take out the motherboard tray.
Take the motherboard and screw it on to the motherboard tray then slide it back into the case.

So, I have an ipad mini. I've had it for six months and it was working fine twelve hours ago. I fell asleep, and when I woke up and tried to turn it on, it didn't. It was plugged in all night because it was on 4% the last time I saw it was working.
I tried replugging it, it didn't work.I tried using the iphone 5 cord, it didn't work.
I tried pressing the home button and the power button simutaneously, it was still unresponsive.

I successfully replaced my cracked iPhone 4s screen yesterday. Everything works fine except the power/lock button does not work. I can turn the screen on with the home button and wait for the screen to time out, but that's a bit annoying.
Anyone have any ideas?
I've heard Apple won't know the difference if you've replaced a screen, so would bringing it to them and trying to get it replaced be an option?
